SmallSpace show

Something not 40k related but of intrest to all scifi fans i think, next Sunday is the HaMex SmallSapce show
 http://www.hamex.co.uk/smallspace/smallspace.html linky .
It's near Milton Keynes in a small venue info from link but well worth the effort if your in the area and have any intrest in cult British scifi get along. It's organised by Matt Irvine of the BBC's VFX department and he will be bringing along some of his models. Check out the link for more of the guests and exhibitors attending the show.
SFM will have a table there and i'm popping along for a while but can't be there all day :(

In other news with the near constant rain here in the Fens and being surrounded by low lying ground the gnats have taken full advantage and are what id consider uber gnats. I don't know where the one that bit me on the nose was spawned but  it feels like it's broken and that was on Monday night and it still hurts like hell. It's not noticable just a small bump right on the bridge butt boy dues it hurt so coupled with my tinnitus it's proving hard to get a decent nights sleep so no modelling till this has passed.

Till next time when i'll be back on track.

I am still alive honest

Quick note to say i am still here and will be posting soon. Just having a busy one this last week gone had a week off with a long list that didn't get done we got some pet rabbits instead lol. Also doing some extra work after normal day job on the way home so not getting in till 8-ish but hopefully that will be done tomorrow and i'll have  some extra cash for spending on Y wings and 6th ed.

Also will be bringing details of the 2 new group builds on SFM that i'm involved in the first is a star wars hanger display involving a dozen or more fighters of all kinds and the other that i'm in charge of ( still not sure how that happened ) which is the scratch built pod racer challenge which again will hopefully be a full display at some shows this year.

On a side note Whittlesey was on the Telly tonight in a show about Cambridge and the Fens and the medical side of things didn't catch the start but the 2000 year old boats they found in the pits were on it. I had planned to go to a talk about them last week but life intervened so couldn't attend :(  They also mentioned Dan Abnetts fave 40k illness the Auge (sp?) That catch all illness the ghosts get inoculated against before every new deployment :)

And finally the Inq28 warband progresses at it's usual glacial pace but with 6th imminent i'm trying to get as much done before i get sucked into that.

Sorry it's a sorry i've not posted post but don't like to leave the blog barren of any content for too long and thought i'd just update my band of regular readers.

Pics of something worth while before weeks end.
